Who We Are

I founded ShowMe50 because I experienced the “why” behind the lack of women in senior leadership positions in corporate America and I was tired of talking about it, I wanted to do something about it.

Complicated societal factors from individual beliefs and unconscious behaviors to internal culture to access to resources to policy and procedure—they build what feel like impossible roadblocks to overcome.

But they aren’t impossible! We simply need creative, collaborative programs that are good for employees and good for the company. I think we can do it together.

What We Do

Show Me 50, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) corporation whose mission is to level the playing field for women at work, enabling the achievement of 50% women in senior leadership position through access, opportunity and merit-based advancement. We accomplish this through inclusion training, skill-building and empowerment programs for both individuals and companies.
