- Identify what the circle has already covered
- Pulse on the ground – Send a survey out
  - What is their goal with the Circle?
  - What meetings the members have enjoyed? or benefit from? Why?
  - What topics would the members like to cover next?
  - Suggestions on what has worked what has not
  - How they can get involved
- Evaluate the survey and curate the content for the next 4 to 5 meetings
- Based on survey topic interest – curate the next three meetings
  - Identify moderators for each meeting – get early commitments
