Why do you think Show Me 50 is needed?
There is a huge cost associated with a company not fully utilizing all of their resources. A company that allows gender inequity is not taking full advantage of all its resources and intellectual property. We (all of us), need to do all we can to eliminate gender inequity, not just because it is the right thing to do, but also because it will help make our companies be healthier and more profitable.
